The Problem
Space technology touches every aspect of our lives and economy on Earth. A forecasted $1T economy in 2030 still rides on partially reusable one-way ships. Where would the global economy be if we only had one-way cargo ships?
We believe the design of launch vehicles must evolve beyond the conventional missile-style airframe that has been in use since the V2 rocket in the 1940s. The inherent disposability of missiles has been carried over to modern launch vehicles. The truth is, landing only the first stage and throwing away the second does not qualify as fully reusable.
Our Solution
Monostage Space is on a mission to redefine this approach to slash costs, reduce mission complexity, and minimize space debris.
With current engineering advancements, Monostage is moving beyond the legacy missile architecture with a more efficient equation for structural and propulsive integration.
This paradigm shift will accelerate affordable hypersonic testing and lead to the first 100% reusable ascent-reentry vehicle architecture.
